smartbro is also based on the Wimax technology, and as such, it is also under bandwidth capping. worse, they have a lower (as of the last we heard) bandwidth cap than that of Globe Tattoo Wimax.
of course, if you still haven’t exceeded your allotted badnwidth for the month, you can watch manny pacquiao live video streaming. but most smart bro users usually exceed their allotted bandwidth in a few days, so they’re highly likely to be unable to smoothly watch live video streaming using the degraded post-FUP bandwidth.
if you can, get a wired DSL–either Globe or PLDT.
